    With iQ Care MELFA Support, your production lines stay stable and reliable. The service proactively prevents failures, minimizes downtime, and helps your robots operate longer — all with an easy and hassle‑free setup.

    Optimal timing to ensure stable operation

    When our service engineers perform inspections at the optimal intervals, you can ensure stable and reliable operation of your robots.

    Comprehensive management of historical data

    The monitoring service automatically aggregates daily robot operation data, enabling easy daily status checks, operational analysis, and maintenance requirement verification.​
    Backup data is automatically saved to a SD card at regular intervals. The calendar view makes it easy to see which dates have data backups and to select a specific backup for restoring the robot’s settings. Since backups run automatically, operating your robots no longer requires tedious setup.

    iQ Care MELFA Support provides both globally available ‘Global Standard Options’ and region‑specific ‘Local Option Service’, each offering different service levels. These can be tailored to match your individual requirements.

    Inspection Service

    A comprehensive inspection service to ensure the stable operation of robots. ​
    This service can be utilized through our Light Inspection Service or our Detailed Inspection Service.

    Early detection of abnormalities

    This service greatly increases the possibility of early detection of abnormalities, reducing the risk of line stoppages due to sudden failures.

    Extended robot service life

    ​By performing periodic inspections, checking the condition of parts, and ​replenishing or replacing consumable parts, it is possible to extend the service life

    Smart equipment planning

    Having a better grasp of the robot’s condition makes it easier to plan for future ​equipment maintenance. It also helps reduce the unexpected repairs costs.

    Inspection Service Options

    Light inspection: For people who want to keep robot downtime for inspection as short as possible​
    Detailed inspection:     For people who want to thoroughly check the robot’s condition.

    Monitoring Service

    This service automatically aggregates daily robot operating data. It is possible to closelymonitor the state of system operation and robot components. In the unlikely event of aproblem, the software allows rapid troubleshooting and resolution.

    • Dedicated support software (RT ToolBox3, sold separately) is required to check each function.

    Long-time robot operation support: Predictive maintenance function

    Our advanced predictive maintenance function*1 is available*2. By notifying users of any abnormalities or deterioration of parts as early as possible,downtime is greatly reduced. In addition, notification of maintenance and replacement schedule for each part allows for more efficient maintenance.
